Autumnal bliss

I stumbled upon the perfect song for us magnificent bastards who have the luxury of warm and sunny days straight through the first couple weeks of Autumn:

It captures the tone of the season so well: It's gorgeous outside and we know it. But don't worry, we also know it won't last forever.

Incidentally, yeah I know that the grainy Super 8 footage is a touch too precocious. But with such a silky melody and sweet melodies, how can you stay mad at the video?

P.S. Not a one-hit wonder:

Lesbian Upskirt Fantasy

Yeah that's right, I said it.

M83 just released a video for Kim & Jessie. Which you might remember hearing months ago on Puff Chats, because we're visionaries. Or because it was obviously one of the strongest singles on the album to begin with.

But let's not get caught up in semantics:

Now, that video again in Text-Based CheezVision©:

1) WTF, apparently underaged girls undressing to get into their skating outfits. Pedo pedo pedo.
2) WTFx2: Lesbian upskirt fantasy with the older skaters in yellow?
3) How the hell did they get onto a forest road? And what went down with the upskirt lesbo skaters!
4) WTFx3: Urban wasteland rollerskate-off??
5) OMG THEY FELL IN LOVE

That's right. The diction in my inner monologue is nowhere as pedantic as it is in print.

Juicy gossip.

Puff Chats blog.

XOXOXO,
Cheez

I am wetting my pants.

No, shut up. Check this out! Extremely recent live footage of one of my favorite twee bands, The Tidy Ups, performing in public! I thought they had dissipated into the vast snowfields and raging alcoholism of Sweden!

For reference, that song is called "I Hate Being In Love With Elijah Wood." Bad dancing, jangly guitars, handclaps and shameful feelings for smarmy motherfucking movie stars who really shouldn't be as famous as they are. This band. They... they really get me.
